Barry Mill is a magnificent example of Scotland's industrial heritage. It is set in a secluded area beside the Barry Burn, with a working mill, ladeside and burnside walks, and guided tours.
Features
* Milling demonstrations - normally on Sunday afternoons and for pre-booked groups
* Rebuilt in 1814 following a fire, incorporating an older drying kiln and extended in the 1930's
* Walks alongside the lade and the Barry Burn
Opening times
Grounds and Lade-side Walk: all year, daily until dusk.
Mill: 1 Apr to 31 Oct, Thur-Mon, 12-5 (Sun 1-5).
