Competition Rules and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. You may submit up to 3 images in colour only

2. Images can be digitally enhanced to remove scratches or spots, to enhance light or clarity. Images cannot have manipulated content. We reserve the right to remove images from the competition that we consider to be incorrectly enhanced

3. The competition is not open to professional photographers

4. The competition is not open to staff or family members of staff from Cottages & Castles or CKD Galbraith LLP.

5. Entries must be sent by email in a high resolution format and a minimum of 1Mb size

6. Entries must be accompanied by your name and address, telephone number(s) and email address.

7. If the competition winner does not claim the prize after all reasonable efforts have been made by Cottages & Castles, or 4 weeks after being informed of the prize, then we reserve the right to choose another winner

8. Entrants will retain the copyright to their photographs. Cottages & Castles reserve the right to publish and exhibit any image sent to us on the Cottages & Castles website, brochure or any other media we choose. No fees will be payable for this use by Cottages & Castles

9. We reserve the right to cancel this competition or alter the rules at any stage if considered necessary

10. Entrants must ensure that any necessary permissions have been obtained from people featured in an image

11. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions
