About the property
The oldest intact building in the care of the National Trust for Scotland, Drum Castle was, from 1323 to 1975, the home of the Irvine family. Situated in the world-famous castle country of North East Scotland, the castle stands at the gates to Royal Deeside on a ridge overlooking the River Dee, 10 miles from the heart of the granite city, Aberdeen.
