A modern, wooden house with a peaceful location that lends itself to getting away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, though there are shops and restaurants only a mile away. Sleeping six people in three bedrooms, you could easily have a family holiday here or host a get-together with friends.
The wooden exterior of this property is befitting of the surrounding woodland and national park. Inside, however, the house has minimalist interiors. It’s bright and airy, thanks to large windows making it light, even when the Scottish weather is a little dreary.
Behind its wooden exterior, you will step into the open-plan living space. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook up a feast for family and friends. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table inside or outside on the decked area. There is a small study space next to the lounge if you do need to work in a quiet space. Feel the warmth of the floor underfoot as you make your way over to the lounge area to watch a film on the Smart TV. The wet room with WC is also located on the ground floor. From the sofa, you can look out onto the garden area which sits at the bottom of Craigellachie.
Upstairs, the accommodation on the first floor comprises two generously sized king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room with WC. The twin bedroom with a skylight, and a spacious bathroom with WC are also located upstairs.
The property’s garden is another social space to enjoy with friends and family. It has garden furniture to sit and have a drink as the sun sets or have your morning coffee and plan your activities for the day. And when you need to unwind, there’s a soothing Japanese hot tub and a sauna. Parking is easy here, with space for three cars.
