The accommodation sleeps four guests across two bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for a small family, a group of friends or two couples on a hiking retreat together.

Chic styling and bright pops of colour make this contemporary space stand out. Design features including high ceilings and ample windows utilise the natural light and exemplary views in the open-plan first floor, a wonderful spot to unwind in on any morning or evening.

An ample entrance hallway with space to store coats and boots greets you on arrival before giving way to two bedrooms. Both stylishly decorated king-size bedrooms are equipped with soft bedding and storage solutions, whilst one features a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as a twin if required. One en-suite and one family bathroom complete this floor.

Moving upstairs, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a bright and optimistic space to spend your time with contemporary fittings and modern design features. In the lounge, you’ll find that all-important Smart TV with an abundance of seating options facing it, however, you’ll also find an electronic piano for sitting down to a singsong with your whole group. The dining area is an extra comfy spot to sit and dine, enjoying meals prepared in the spacious kitchen.

Exit the lounge via patio doors to reach the glass-fronted balcony. This outdoor spot offers a spectacular place to have morning coffee or a late evening drink and appreciate the far-reaching views over Loch Tay and beyond.

Beautiful, comfortable lodgings with fantastic views of the loch & surrounding hills. Very peaceful for recharging the batteries.

Siochaint is a superb holiday house with beautiful views over Loch Tay. This modern property is stylishly furnished with unique pieces that work perfectly together. The kitchen is really well equipped with quality pots,pans,etc and pretty crockery that make cooking and dining a pleasure here. Bedrooms have very comfortable beds, slept so well! The Read morebathroom showers were amazing, so powerful. House was always warm. Excellent place to unwind. Great hill walks nearby. Birks cinema worth a visit. Hide

What a wonderful location! There is so much to love about this house. Its brand new and so well built. All the fixtures and fittings are of the highest standard and the house has everything you could possibly want. The house is set on a hill and as the sitting room is on the first floor, the views of loch Tay and the sunsets are incredible. The onlRead morey thing I would say is that all the mattresses are quite soft, but everything else was fabulous. John, the owner, was lovely! Hide

There's something very magical about this location on the shores of Loch Tay that's hard to put into words, but it's fair to say that this place delivered way beyond our expectations. The property is immaculate and fully loaded with all the modern conveniences you could want, but honestly all we wanted to do was stare out at the loch and beautiful Read morehills around it, the tranquillity of this place was absolutely mesmerising.
