Our Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any holidays booked in one of the properties advertised on our website or in our current brochure (see below for Terms & Conditions).
To purchase a Gift Voucher please click here to open the Gift Voucher Request Form which lists the information we require from you to proceed. You can print the form and post or fax it back to us, or you can scan it and email it back to us here. You can also call us on 01463 226 990 to purchase it over the phone.
Once we have received your request we will then contact you for payment. You can either pay by credit/debit card or send us a cheque (made out to Cottages & Casltes Ltd). Please DO NOT send your credit/debit card details by email.
The minimum voucher price is £50.
Once purchased, we can post the voucher and gift card to the lucky recipient for you, or, if you prefer to give it in person, we can send it to you.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- A voucher may be used only on a Cottages & Castles holiday property. It cannot be redeemed on any other purchase or exchanged/refunded for cash (either in full or in part).
- To redeem your voucher against a booking call 01738 451 610, quoting the voucher number. The voucher must then be returned to: Cottages & Castles Ltd, Reay House, Old Edinburgh Road, Inverness, IV2 3HF.
- The voucher is valid for any holiday with a start date within 2 years of the valid from date (date of purchase).
- Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards any Cottages & Castles booking.
- Where the cost of the booking is less than the value of the voucher, no cash refund will be given.
- Vouchers that are lost or damaged can only be re-issued following proof of purchase. There will be a £20 administration fee per voucher replaced.
