Holiday Cottage Details

Ardachearnbeg Farm Cottages, set in the heart of the stunning Cowal Peninsula, is an ideal spot for getting away from it all and unwinding to the local Argyll pace.  Surrounded by beautiful Scottish hills in a quiet secluded position, these charming holiday cottages were once the outbuildings of a traditional 18th Century farm and have now been fully renovated to provide a high standard of modern self-catering accommodation.   This naturally beautiful area is a wildlife haven and birdwatchers paradise giving the opportunity to spot many birds of prey, eagles, deer, seals, otters and an increasing number of dolphins.

Stunning views across open land to mountains can be enjoyed from this warm and light first floor apartment.  Situated above The Stables, The Hayloft has been tastefully modernised and combines all that is needed for perfectly relaxed holiday living.  The large appealing open plan living room with its well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating is ideal for allowing family or friends to unwind and enjoy each others company.

The Hayloft enjoys the shared use of the large surrounding gardens where old stone walling and beautiful ancient trees lightly shade the borders.  This is a perfect place for relaxing and listening to the gentle trickle of the passing burn while absorbing the superb surrounding Scottish landscape.

Also available: The Stables (sleeps 4), The Haven (sleeps 6), Dairy Cottage (sleeps 4 + 1)

The Steadings (being The Stables, The Hayloft & The Haven) have connecting doors and may be booked together to accommodate larger parties, giving a total capacity of 14 in these self catering holiday cottages.
