The property is comfortably furnished inside with spacious rooms, attractive bay windows and wood finishes. The holiday house possesses the charm of the Victorian era whilst successfully incorporating modern convenience.

There are tennis courts opposite the house, with gliding, water sports, pony trekking, golf and fishing available locally. Kingussie is a thriving village with a good selection of shops and restaurants and is centrally placed for touring the Highlands.
