Nice bungalow with a good level of equipment and furnishings. Very comfortable and a good homely feel. Despite being in a remote area of Scotland, it's in a small group of houses that gives a bit of a towny feel - we might have preferred fewer neighbours. Lovely forest walk literally on the doorstep, just turn left out of the drive. Apart from this, the area definitely requires a car to get anywhere and the roads are single track and slow. Would have been nice to have a little more local information available, perhaps a map of the area with some walks etc. marked up on it. Plenty of books and games to keep you amused on the wet days. Handy for Mull, Ardnamurchan peninsula, Ben Nevis, Mallaig, Oban etc.

Braefoot was the ideal holiday for us as a family, time to recharge batteries, relax,and enjoy family time without mobile phones and computers!. We never tired of the ever changing scenery and the laid back lifestyle. Will definately be back to our little piece of heaven.

A lovely little cottage in an ideal location for touring the Arndamurchan area . Very well equiped with all the essentials for cooking and eating. Clean and tidy with comfortable beds and cosy lounge area, just right for a relaxing holiday. Will visit again
