The Boat House  sits right on the shoreline with a gorgeous patio and little stone wall surrounding it – a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and relish the views across the sea to Rhum and Eigg.  You can hear the waves below you as you lie in bed and in this magical bay you may see seals and birds and even basking sharks and otters at some points in the year. The views to Rhum and Eigg are captivating and it is a place to unwind, relax and wonder at the best of Scottish landscapes

Inside, this is an absolute treat of a little house – double height ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, a huge double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a patio on the shoreline, excellent kitchen/dining room and even a wonderful Aga with a beautiful tile motif to make sure you are always warm.

The sitting room is a welcoming and wonderful space with an open fire and no matter what the weather you will hear the sea outside. It feels like a home – albeit a luxury one – and makes a perfect special retreat for two. The Boat House is let separately from the main Roshven House behind and as we prefer to ensure you have privacy to make your stay perfect, we can only confirm a booking 2 months in advance but are happy to take provisional bookings ahead of time.
