Just minutes from the outskirts of Inverness, you feel as if you have travelled to the deepest countryside in this wonderful riverside house. Newly renovated and extended, Holm Lodge is a simply gorgeous house with wonderful views over the River Ness that rolls down in front of the house. A splendid and spacious glass room has been built so you can watch and hear the river and you may see a salmon jump or red squirrels go through the trees here.

The Scottish Open Golf Championship is coming to Castle Stuart this July making Holm Lodge a perfect self catering accommodation choice only being a short distance away.

The bedrooms are extremely stylish, exceptionally comfortable and they all have luxurious en suite bathroom so comfort will never be an issue here. The public rooms are spacious and light and the wood burning stove is a perfect backdrop to sociable evenings. This house is beautifully and thoughtfully presented and you could not fail to love it.

Take long walks along the river or travel just a few miles to see the wonder of Loch Ness. The city of Inverness is within minute’s drive where you will find an excellent range of shops and restaurants. There is much to do locally for the active visitor with riding, fishing, golfing, dolphin spotting, mountain biking, hill climbing all nearby. The house and the river however, will draw you back to the peace and beauty of the area. There is a separate and very well appointed 2 bedroom (sleep 3) apartment nearby that can accommodate additional party members or staff. 

A 10% discount is offered on Food and Drinks at the 2 Rosette Restaurant at the New Drumossie Hotel in addition, for those keen golfers a 30% discount on standard golf rates is offered at the Macdonald Spey Valley Championship golf Course at Aviemore.

Complimentary Salmon Fishing is available during the months of March, April and May; along with the last two weeks of October and first two weeks November.
