In a semi rural situation above Inverness and newly refurbished this is stylish and breathtaking with masses of space and interior design that will enchant you.  It is a house where the many public rooms offer a great opportunity for everyone to find some peace.  The “Boys Room” is fantastic with its themed interior, large plasma TV and even Sir Winston to keep an eye on things. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with a large bright and delightful master bedroom with 4 poster bed and en suite bathroom with claw foot bath.

There are two further double bedrooms and a twin/Kingsized bedroom with en suite shower room. Each room is luxuriously fitted out and exceptionally welcoming

The main public areas on the first floor take full advantage of the light and views across the city. A huge open plan kitchen dining area leads out to the bright conservatory with views over the garden. Unlikely colours such as a soft purple kitchen with dark granite worktops are wonderfully successful. A TV room is perfect for the children and the large lounge is perfect for a relaxed evening.

There are patios and decks and a most delightful garden surrounding the house. It is a house to savour and remark upon and with easy access to Inverness and the Highlands it is perfect for exploring.

The Scottish Open Golf will be held at nearby Castle Stuart making this house a great venue to attend this great Championship.

Castles – Urquhart, Dunrobin, and Cawdor & Brodie all within 1 hours travel. Culloden Battlefield – 15 minutes Whisky – numerous distilleries or follow the whisky trail! Inverness – shopping, restaurants live music, 10 screen cinema, theatre & lively pub scene. Shopping – Cashmere factories, antiques, art, Anta & Tain Pottery Sports – Horse riding, water skiing & rib trips, Jacobite Cruises, falconry and many more.
