“158”, Marfi Cottage, nestles in the heart of the picturesque highland village of Findhorn on the shoreline of beautiful Findhorn Bay.  Its location could not be more perfect with every amenity literally on your door step. Sunny days, picnic time and off to the sandy beach. ‘Children’ young and old will enjoy a paddle in the crystal water, building sand castles or playing hide and seek in the rolling sand dunes.  Seals, dolphins or bird watching can be done while enjoying a stroll round the bay or back shore. Sunsets are spectacular at any time of the year.

The Scottish Open Golf Championship is coming to Castle Stuart this July making Marfi Cottage a perfect self catering accommodation. Although all forms of sport can be enjoyed in the surrounding area.

This cosy cottage will look after you during your stay in the village. Whilst traditional and modestly furnished it is welcoming and comfortable. No matter where the sun is shining you can take advantage of it; sit in the front porch and watch the world go by; take breakfast on the patio or sun bathe in the garden with your favourite book.  There are local organic shops full of wonderful fresh produce that you must try and where nicer to enjoy these than around the dining room table and finish off by having your coffee and a chat in the sitting room after a very satisfying days enjoyment.

Walking from the doorstep, sailing, golf and many coastal towns to visit, Lossiemouth, Cullen to name just two.  City of Inverness just a 40 minute drive.  Dolphin watching on the Moray Firth. Steam Train at Boat of Garten.  Osprey hide also Boat of Garten. Whisky Trail, Culloden Battlefield, Cairngorm National Park and much more beside.
