The home of the late Ninian Brodie, the Laird's Wing at Brodie Castle has been fully refurbished to an extremely high standard. We have kept the character of the wing as it was during the stylish Brodie family's use, with their very fine furniture and painting collection of national importance.

Brodie Castle is ideal for the golf fanatic, centrally based, with many opportunities to play your favourite game within the area, e.g. Nairn West, Fortrose & Rosemarkie and within an hour’s drive, Royal Dornoch and Brora Golf Clubs to name a few.    

This spectacular listed house was the private residence of the Brodie Family and gives you a simply beautiful, authentic and special place to enjoy a holiday amidst the glory that is Brodie Castle. The house forms the complete rear wing of the Castle and has a high degree of seclusion and privacy as well as lovely views from the windows and a small private courtyard.

The house is set over 3 floors and stylishly and stunningly furnished with original furniture, artwork and decoration. It has a fantastic atmosphere and sense of history and provides an exclusive, understated country house feel. It is also beautifully presented – crisp cotton bedlinen, bathrobes – even a hot water bottle because everything has been thought of here.

The ground floor has an excellent kitchen, full of character and charm and a splendid expansive dining room – perfect for long social dinners.  There is a small breakfasting kitchen on the first floor as well, which is perfect for preparing light meals or drinks. There is a very spacious and beautiful drawing room also on this floor which enjoys lovely views across the rear lawns.

The estate grounds are wonderful – long walks, spectacular trees and plantings, a loch and the centrepiece of the famous historic Brodie Castle. All this is yours for the duration of your stay and includes a complementary tour of the main castle. The spectacular public rooms of the castle can also be hired separately if you are planning a special celebration and there is no doubt the surroundings would certainly impart a sense of grandeur, history and spectacle to any occasion.
