An absolutely charming, Four Star,  stone built holiday cottage, tucked away on Kinloss Estate, surrounded by mature trees, farmland and with its own pretty garden and stream, this is a romantic little self catering holiday cottage in Angus that will delight from the first moment you see it.

Inside, Garden Cottage is beautifully presented, yet retains all the charm you would expect from a 19th century cottage with open fire, a wonderful old cooking range in the dining room and old cast iron bath in the bathroom. The kitchen however, gives you all the modern equipment and fittings you could wish for! Upstairs the two bedrooms are comfortable and peaceful with a shared bathroom.

The garden is very pretty with lawn and mature trees and a paddock and mill pond beyond and there is a tennis court (use by arrangement) for when you feel active. The farm is a working farm with a wonderful Fold of Highland cattle, Shetland ponies and ducks as well as lovely walks. Nearby is St Andrews with its famous golf courses and beaches or visit the quaint East Neuk fishing villages and take a boat trip to the bird sanctuary of the Isle of May, or take a day trip to Edinburgh or Glasgow. Garden Cottage is wonderfully located to enjoy all that Fife and east central Scotland has to offer as well as being an idyllic spot to return to.

Linen and towels provided. Central heating is included on a timed basis in Autumn, Winter and Spring. All day heating is available, by arrangement, for an additional cost.  Electricity and starter pack of fuel for fire included. Welcome Pack.
