Walk through the door of Kinnaird House into an ambience of natural elegance and charm, where the wonderful Victorian architecture is complimented by bright contemporary décor. Recently refurbished to the highest standard, this delightful holiday house is surrounded by the glorious Perthshire countryside and with its elevated position enjoys panoramic views over the Tummel valley to hills beyond.

The spacious drawing room, with its stylish, comfortable furnishings and ornate cornicing, has a large south facing bay window with extensive views, and allows the light to flood into the room, a perfect room for socialising or relaxing.  The dining room also with a bay window benefiting from the same wonderful views and in addition featuring an open fire, is furnished with an antique oak dining table and comfortable high back leather chairs, able to seat 10, ideal for long sociable family meals.  The fully equipped stylish kitchen with its range cooker and kitchen table, leads through to a handy utility/drying room.  Five spacious double bedrooms, four with ensuite facilities, together with a single bedroom provide luxury and comfort together with the flexibility of two ziplink superking sized beds.

Kinnaird House although set in peace and tranquillity of highland countryside, it is less than 2 miles from the bustling town of Pitlochry, famed for its Festival Theatre, Salmon Ladder, and local distilleries, and with easy access to the main road north and south this is the perfect base for touring the whole of Scotland.  Highland Perthshire, however, has much to offer the visitor from extreme watersports to golf, from hill walking and mountain biking to excellent trout and salmon fishing, or perhaps guests may prefer to visit the many historical places of interest including Blair Castle or the battle site of Killiecrankie, a wooded gorge owned by the National Trust for Scotland and now famous for its spectacular autumn colours.  Whether it is an action packed adventure holiday or a relaxed family reunion Kinnaird House is the perfect highland base.
