With beautiful views over the Perthshire fields to the River Tay beyond, The Whinnies is a delightful holiday house, benefitting from both it's rural location and it's proximity to the Fair City of Perth.   Ideal for larger groups of friends or family, this house is spacious and light, with lots of room, both inside and out, for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.  The large sitting room with its woodburning stove also benefits from a large picture window and French doors out to the elevated decking allowing the wonderful views to be savoured and enjoyed from inside and out.  Double doors lead through to the dining room, which again has French doors, and with its stylish oriental furniture is great place to linger over long holiday meals.  The spacious kitchen/diner is well equipped and with its kitchen table, is ideal for breakfasting and more informal dining.  The bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, are all spacious, well furnished with plenty of hanging space available, and with three bedrooms upstairs and down and the combination of double, twin and single rooms,  the property has the perfect flexibility for both large or small groups.  Also available is an large newly renovated annexe, accessed by its own external entrance and with it's own en-suite wet room sleeps up to 4 people.

Outside the south facing deck is the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ, and overlooks the large enclosed garden and the uninterrupted views over the wonderful Perthshire countryside.  Further afield Perthshire has a lot to offer the holiday maker with something for everyone, from the more traditional pursuits of walking, cycling, angling and golf through to more unique adventure sports such as white water rafting. The market town of Perth offer a delightful mix of shopping, museums and leisure facilities, and a day at the Perth races is a must or as is a visit to Scone Palace the crowning place of Scottish kings.

Additional Accommodation
Annexe (available with the house only and charged at £200 per week)
Accessed by its own external entrance- large bedroom with double bed and single bed with further single stowaway bed, ensuite wet room with shower, wc and whb.
