Holiday House Details

This simply delightful Georgian lodge stands within its own secluded grounds on an elevated site above the Balnagown River. There are wonderful views across the estate to the Cromarty Firth in the distance. The house was fully refurbished in 1999 and, as with all the Balnagown Estate properties, Marybank Lodge provides an exceptional standard of holiday accommodation.

Inside, the house retains great character and charm alongside the beautiful furnishing and finishing. The spacious kitchen is an inviting space to prepare meals and socialise and the whole party will love the luxury and warmth of the sitting room with its wood burning stove. The sumptuous bedrooms with their crisp cotton linen, high quality country house fabrics and furnishings promise a luxurious and sound sleep after a day exploring the estate.

The garden area is mostly laid to lawn and perfect for children’s games. The estate activities – biking, fishing, BBQ lodges, gym and walking are all available to residents as well of course, as the tranquillity of the estate itself.
