Part of the wing of Applecross House, this property is fully self contained with an internal passage with double fire protecting doors connecting the two houses. This allows the properties to be let individually or as one, in conjunction with Bramble Lodge, to accommodate larger parties up to eleven.

A charming sitting room with wood burning stove contains a round dining table in the bay window. Well equipped fitted kitchen, oil fired Rayburn which also heats the water. Cloakroom with wc.

First Floor
1 double and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with bath, separate shower, whb, wc.

Linen and towels provided. Night storage heaters. Oil and logs are included in the rent but electricity is paid for by reading the meter on arrival and departure.

TV, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, electric cooker, fridge. Payphone. No mobile reception. Travel cot and high chair available on request.

Dogs are to be restricted to kitchen/utility areas.
