Set in private grounds with beautiful gardens staying here offers an exclusive holiday experience.  Organically grown vegetables from the garden are a must to accompany a BBQ on the patio plus fresh eggs can be collected from the hens daily.  Exploring Orkney from here is easy as Houton Bay is situated on the West Mainland with historic sites such as Skara Brae and the Ring of Brodgar less than a thirty minute drive away.  With so much to see and do during the day you can come back to this idyllic holiday home and relax in the whirlpool bath before taking in the sunset and finally getting cosy in the lounge by the peat burning stove.
