The cottage is a great base for a family holiday.  Situated in the heart of Brodick opposite the library and village hall, the cottage is a pitching wedge away from Brodick golf course, and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach.

The cottage is both spacious and comfortable and has been refurbished to a wonderfully high standard. The generously proportioned cottage sleeps up to four guests and accommodation includes an open plan kitchen/living/dining room and large walk-in shower room downstairs, and two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom (with shower over the bath) upstairs.  There is also a boiler room which has proven popular for its efficiency in drying the all-too-common wet clothes.  Various board games and a selection of videos/DVDs and books are provided to keep the family amused while the “Arran mist” swirls outside.

The living room affords a view of the front garden and Goatfell and Brodick Castle beyond.

The whole of the ground floor is centrally heated by an underfloor heating system, whilst upstairs are central heating radiators.

Surrounding the property is a very large garden (shared with Heathfield House) which can easily accommodate your own Highland games, football or rounders competition, and outdoor seating and a picnic table is provided.  There is ample parking on the tarmac driveway, which is also shared with the house, but a car is not a must as everything is within close proximity to the property.
