Woodlea is very peacefully situated just within a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Brodick  and it is an ideal home base for exploring Arran. Woodlea is set in it's own private gardens with breathtaking views towards Brodick Bay and Goatfell.

The holiday property has 2 bedroom and has been completely renovated and accommodates 4-5 people with one double and one twin/triple bedroom (the twin can be converted to sleep 3 people with a pull-out bed making a large double and one single bed).

The large comfy living room has a digital flat screen TV, DVD and ipod docking station.  The dining area has patio doors leading onto the patio, back garden with wonderful views.

A well equipped kitchen looks overlooks Goatfell, Arran's highest peak and Brodick Bay.  Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and filter coffee maker. 

The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath with a useful extra cloak room.

Outside:  the fully enclosed back garden contains beautiful shrubs, plants and there's even a little herb garden for guests to use.  There is a lock up shed for outdoor gear and cycle storage.  Off road parking for 2 cars.

Electric heating through out the property.  Towels, bed linen and hairdryer.  Ecover environmental cleaning products are available for use and Ecover shower gels/soaps are also provided..

Well behaved dogs accepted by arrangement - charged at £25 per dog per week.
