This was our 4th visit to Seabank, and we plan to return next year. It's fantastic to watch the otters, seals, red squirrels,swans etc from the window. We appreciate the improvements that have been carried out. It is a very "happy" house.

this is a lovely large house in a quiet location. The house has a lovely "feel" and was well stocked for cooking and entertainment. However, in bad weather we found it cold and the living room was a bit small for such a big house. Fab views of the seals on the beach opposite and enclosed garden great for kids. Would stay again.

Beautifully positioned, well appointed and comfortable property. The only quibble was that the Raeburn was off and there were not enough instructions to put oon some of the heaters. Otherwise perfect. We had two dogs and it would have been good to have a secure fence round the garden.

lovely character house with lots of space .location is great with stunning view of holy island. We were fortunate that the weather was brilliant and were able to enjoy sitting out in the garden where we saw red squirels,grouse with baby grouse,rabbits ,swans and seals basking on the rocks. the house is larger than it looks on the website ,the kitchen / diner is great for big groups and everyone can fit round table in one sitting, the bedrooms are all good sizes and having 3 toilets meant no one having to wait . the size of the house meant that you don't feel on top of each other with plenty of room for all. the website could prehaps give more info on what is at the house so we wouldn't have taken as much stuff for example the garden chairs and table, hairdryer ,soap in each bathroom. the info folder in house is very good. its a lovely house and with the raeburn in the kitchen it reminded me of my nana's . it feels like home not just a house and the old furniture adds to the character.

Seabank was clean, had lovely views and was wonderfully cosy ready for our arrival which in winter is always a concern. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed some lovely meals from the rayburn. A lovely old property that has not been used and abused.
