As always a wonderful little gem set in wonderful surroundings. Loved every minute of our second stay even though the weather left a lot to be desired. The Old Smithy has a lovely atmosphere and the food is fantastic.

We have now stayed in this cottage 6 or 7 times and we will keep coming back. This cottage is perfectly positioned for utter peace and quiet but within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops and, best of all, the most beautiful waterfalls you will find anywhere in the country. There are many local walks which pass through stunning scenery and wildlife. We have found Killin ideally placed for days out at Glencoe, Oban, Fort William, Ben Nevis, Pitlochry and Queens View on Loch Tummel whilst being, itself, positioned at the end of the beautiful Loch Tay. I cannot recommend this cottage enough

Barn cottage is a well equipped cosy cottage in a secluded location but within walking distance of the village and only about 50 yards from the Falls of Dochart pub which overlooks the falls. Myself, my husband and our dog stayed for a week in September and the weather was sunny most of the time and Killin is a lovely village. The cottage is right above a small river and it is nice to sit out and listen to the running water. If we go back to Killin we would stay at Barn Cottage again. The only negative was the double bed which has a very hard matress, fine for some but not for us so we just slept in the family room and the beds in there were fine

Could do with new fitted sheet on double bed and bigger quilt cover, apart from that everything excellent. Loved the location, Loved the cottage and everything in it. Will be back again next year for the fourth time.

A delightful little cottage,but in need of a little updating decor and furniture wise and the mattress on the double bed is VERY firm! The view from the sitting room window on to the river and its falls is a joy.It's in a great location for sightseeing and the Pub/restaurant 100yds away is wonderful

This is a great little get away set in a beutifull little village with great sceenary of the Falls of Doggart and mountains.the people are nice and frendly always will to help in any way they can. I think there no better place for a bit of peace and quite.
