Belses Mill is a delightful holiday house situated in an idyllic rural location surrounded by fields and next to the River Alewater.  This much loved family farmhouse has been charmingly furnished with antiques and traditional fabrics to provide holiday accommodation of an excellent standard.  A cosy sitting room with open fire and tasteful décor together with a sunny spacious kitchen/ dining room with Aga and four charming bedrooms, make this an idyllic spot for relaxed family holidays.  Children can spend hours of carefree pleasure in the garden or down by the river perhaps even catching a trout.  Unusually, with four loose boxes and a well-fenced paddock the horses can come to! A supplement applies but feed and bedding can be supplied, and this is a fantastic opportunity for riders to enjoy the numerous rides in the Jedburgh area.

With fishing on the River Tweed and many top golf courses in the area, those keen on sports will be spoilt for choice.  Visit the historic Border towns famous for their woollen mills or simply make use of the garden furniture and enjoy the peace and quiet which engulfs this wonderful holiday house.

Ground Floor: Spacious farmhouse style kitchen with dining table and Aga. Utility room. Rear porch, boot room with hanging space. Sitting room with open fire leading through to TV/Games area. Shower room with wc and whb.

First Floor: Master bedroom with double/twin link beds. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, second twin suitable for children (1 bed narrow). Bathroom with separate shower, bath, wc and whb.

Linen and towels included. Heating, electricity and logs for fire included.
