Set in the heart of rural Perthshire, Drumkilbo House is a beautiful listed property with an outstanding historic past.  King Robert the Bruce, a key figure in Scottish history is recorded as the first owner. Indeed, it is for that very reason why the impressive entrance hall which centres round a 13th century stone spiral staircase is named after him.

It is hard to believe that Drumkilbo House is only a comfortable drive away from the major centres of Edinburgh and Glasgow and the excellent air transport links which they offer. Providing accessible accommodation you will be able to enjoy a stunning private rural location but at the same time be within easy access of the city.  Set in 16 acres of landscaped garden there is plenty of room to explore. There is a woodland garden, home to, amongst others, a 200 year old elm as well as a formal garden. Full advantage can be taken of good weather to enjoy the croquet lawn and covered pergola as well as a delightful heated outdoor swimming pool.

All fireplaces in Drumkilbo are feature fireplaces only and not in working use.

Drumkilbo House has 16 acres of ground to explore, a heated outdoor swimming pool available June - September (heated at additional cost), a croquet lawn and a billiard table. Nearby Historic Homes include Glamis Castle, Blair Castle and Scone Palace, Gleneagles and St Andrews are both within one hour's drive Fishing and shooting packages can be arranged
