Furthermore for the more adventurous you can visit the historic cathedral town of Dornoch with its antique and gift shops and miles of beautiful sandy beach, as well as its famed Championship Golf course all within 30 minutes drive. Alternatively head inland to the Falls of Shin visitor centre known locally as the “Harrods of the north”  , for coffee or a light lunch, along with a bit of shopping before setting out on one of the many forest walks to view the famous ‘Falls’.
