Mingulay is a delightful holiday cottage situated in the loch side village of Badachro, Gairloch – a truly stunning and unspoilt area of natural beauty.  The property enjoys outstanding views of the surrounding area - across the bay, Eilean Horrisdale and Dry Island and over to Loch Gairloch.  With such glorious views on offer you will be placed in an idyllic base for exploring the surrounding area whether by car or by quiet strolls through the countryside.   

The self catering holiday accommodation is modern and well equipped to provide all the home comforts which you may need.  Decorated and furnished to a very high standard you are sure to enjoy a comfortable stay in this lovely holiday house.  Mingulay has been designed to make the best of the spectacular views with two sun lounges and a patio with garden furniture being the perfect spots to sit back and relax in.  The dining room also features a picture window allowing you to truly appreciate the beautiful surroundings whilst enjoying a meal with family or friends.  All in all, Mingulay is a delightful property in an idyllic location for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Activities

For those of us who like to venture out this area has  miles of beautiful coast line just waiting to be explored.  Enjoy a picnic on one of the many tranquil and unspoilt sandy beaches.  Locally you can enjoy boats trips to catch a glimpse of whales and dolphins, fishing, golfing and pony trekking.   Day trips would include places like Loch Maree, the famous Inverewe Gardens, Torridon, Sheildaig and south to Applecross.

Linen provided but not towels. Total control electric storage heaters downstairs.  Electric wall mounted heaters upstairs. Electricity included.

TV, video, DVD, radio/CD, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Both sun lounges have TV, one with lounging chairs and the other with two sofas.  Patio with garden furniture.
