A much loved family home the house makes an excellent rental property it is extremely comfortable and spacious. The public rooms are full of character. Tastefully furnished, they are warm and welcoming, with panelled walls and open log fires creating a relaxing atmosphere. The recently refurbished kitchen is both attractive and very well equipped.

The other bedrooms are all comfortable and practical. Outside there is a large garden frequently described by guests as being a “secret garden” at the bottom of this magical garden is a small lochan which adds to the enchantment of this property. With sprawling grounds to walk and explore, there is an abundance of wildlife and deer, ducks, owls, pheasants and foxes are regularly sighted and the impressive Galloway Forest is near by. There is a great deal to do in the area and the lovely sandy South Ayrshire beaches and quaint towns are well worth a visit. There are also a number of excellent golf courses close by including Turnberry.
