Patio doors lead out from the house to the decking area, an idyllic spot in which to sit back in good weather whilst taking in the glorious view over the River Beauly and up over to Beaufort Castle.
The pretty town of Beauly is only a short drive away from the property and offers good shopping and restaurant facilities whilst the vibrant city of Inverness with extensive recreational amenities is within easy distance.

- Fishing on the River Beauly may be available by separate arrangement.
- Beauly is only a 10 minute drive and offers a range of shops and restaurants, whilst the thriving City of Inverness, with excellent shopping, restaurants, cinema, theatre and aquadome, is less than 30 minutes drive.
- This accessible position opens up the whole of the north of Scotland for visiting, from John o' Groats to Ullapool and the Isle of Skye in the west.
- There are many golf courses in the area, including Royal Dornoch and historical sites including Culloden Battlefield and Dunrobin Castle are within easy reach.
- The Moray Firth is renowned for its sea life with boat trips available to view dolphins and seals.
