The surrounding garden is fully enclosed and gated making it an ideal and safe place for young children to play whilst also being a fantastic place from which to sit and admire the wonderful views of the Borders countryside. The property also has a further ten acres of paddocks and grounds for guests to enjoy at their leisure. On rainy days the games room with its full sized snooker table provides an excellent alternative to outdoor pursuits as does the music room which offers an electric piano and a drum kit. For those who cannot switch off from the outside world there is a study with broadband, however given that Toftcombs is such a stunning and wonderful place, set in such beautiful surroundings it is unlikely that given a choice, much time would be spent in this room.
