This traditional farmhouse has fabulous views from all the main rooms across the bay to the Isle of Man and beyond. Low Auchenlarie House is extremely spacious and has an air of luxury. The main entrance is through a small porch and down a few steps to the ground floor leading to the large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dual fuel rangemaster cooker, microwave, full size American fridge/freezer and a dining area with 42” plasma television.

The carefully thought out living space would comfortably accommodate a large group of family or friends whilst providing areas for peace and quiet contemplation. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have televisions. French doors from the fully equipped kitchen and the large lounge open on to a private patio and garden with super sea views. Along the corridor you will find the large lounge with a 50” plasma TV and formal dining room. Off this area is the family shower room and the stairs that take you to the four double/twin bedrooms of which one has an en-suite, a further single bedroom and a family shower room.

The Courtyard complex at Low Auchenlarie is a recently converted farm steading, which has been executed to a very high specification. Centrally positioned in the heart of the Galloway countryside, all these properties are surrounded by wide ranging hills and sea views. Close proximity to the main route through the region ensures easy accessibility to explore the many attributes that Dumfries & Galloway has to offer.

The décor of the properties is a mix of contemporary, modern and traditional style offering spacious and relaxed living. As a guest of The Courtyard, you can enjoy the benefits of Auchenlarie Holiday Centre which is within walking distance and offers access to the beach and shore as well as a heated indoor pool, gym, sports hall, beauty salon, bars, restaurants and a shop. There is an abundance of activities and attractions to be enjoyed in this area or just relax and take in beauty of this special place - something for everybody!

Entrance through a small porch area and down a few steps to the ground floor, comprising of large fully fitted kitchen with dining area – French doors opening onto the patio area and garden. Next to the kitchen is ‘the snug’. Also the main spacious lounge and French doors to the garden. Off the lounge is a family shower room, stairs to the first floor and the formal dining room.
