Cavens is simply beautifully presented and equipped to ensure you have a relaxing exceptionally comfortable and luxurious stay in the country. All the bedrooms are en suite and provide wonderful accommodation – some with there own sitting rooms, some with garden views but most of all – each one is beautifully furnished and finished and each has its own TV. Downstairs the public areas are equally spacious and delightful with a great classic country house feel, there are open fires and squashy sofas and plenty of space for large numbers. Doors and windows lead out to the enormous lawns and terraces with their clipped yew trees and there is even a tennis net on one lawn. The grounds are large and you can enjoy a peaceful break here away from traffic and noise. Garden furniture is perfect for warmer weather and a chance to enjoy the views with a drink before dinner.

The kitchen is beautifully equipped for self catering and there is even a further kitchen for those who want to provide gourmet meals. If you are looking for a complete escape from real life, then the owner is happy to provide excellent catering services as often as you wish whether it is a full week or just a special occasion. The delightful dining room comfortably seats 20 people so it is ideal for an event.

This very pretty area has much to do with lovely beaches nearby, golf courses from championship to family courses very close, horse riding for all levels is available locally and the well known 7 Stanes bike routes are very accessible. You may prefer to enjoy the house and gardens and have a quietly competitive game of croquet on the lawns, but whatever you choose, this luxurious house will fold you up in a state of delight at the end of the day.

Cavens Lodge  sleeps 4 (+2)
The gatehouse lodge is a delightful stone built cottages complete with sitting room with log burner, kitchen, one double, one twin and one bunk room as well as a bathroom with a bath and shower. It is a lovely stroll up the drive to the Main house. Available on request at an extra cost. Low Season £480; Mid Season £520; Peak Season £580; Christmas £650; New Year £700.

Linen and towels provided. Heating and electricity included.
