The fairytale, Grade A-listed Aldourie Castle is a feast of turrets and towers nestling amidst beautiful, mature parkland on the south shore of Loch Ness, close to the outflow of the River Ness. This is Highland scenery at its best, and yet Aldourie is surprisingly accessible, being a mere 4 miles from the outskirts of Inverness and 30 minutes from Inverness Airport.
Dating back to the 17th Century and much enlarged since, the Castle has been fully restored to its former glory, reflecting the life and times of a Highland laird of the 19th Century.
Aldourie Castle is available on an exclusive use basis for family get-togethers, house parties, special celebrations and corporate events.
Also available are three delightful cottages, Ivy Cottage, Gate Lodge and Garden Cottage.

The rooms on the ground floor comprise The Red Drawing Room, a wonderful library, Great Hall (suited to music and dance), Laird’s Room, Billiard Room with a large plasma TV, and a large dining room seating up to 30.
