With two comfortable bedrooms and a fabulous open plan living area with extensive uninterrupted views up and down Strathmore, this property is the ideal base to sample the delights of rural Perthshire.  Explore the Angus Glens, which are rich in wildlife and tradition, and enjoy both high and low level walking, cycling or horse riding.  Golfers will also love the area with three local courses virtually on the doorstep, and a further 60 within an hours drive including the championship courses of Carnoustie and St Andrews, and Blairgowrie’s renowned Rosemount Course.  Or, alternatively, simply step through the French doors from the kitchen to the courtyard, breath in the fresh air, sit and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

This cottage in conjunction with the other luxury cottages within the Steadings could provide accommodation for up to 12 guests.
