Situated on the beautiful Ardnamurchan peninsula, the most westerly point in Scotland, The Shepherd’s House can be found on an active hill farm. The property is surrounded by a large enclosed garden and enjoys wonderful views towards Loch Lhinne. You have to take the Corran ferry to reach the peninsula and this adds to the whole experience. This holiday house is in a truly wild and beautiful place.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Sittingroom with open fire, kitchen, utility room, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower and wc, one twin bedroom, bathroom with bath, whb and wc.
Activities: Nearby is a sandy beach (on opposite side of road) and there is wonderful walking on the estate, along wild shoreline or hill with abundant wildlife. There are four hill lochs on the estate with wild brown trout, and other sporting facilities are available on request.
