With exposed beams and stonework as well as the original mill wheel and the old mill burn tumbling down the hillside, this house is absolutely packed with charm and character. Braentra Mill has an open plan layout downstairs with a lovely sitting room with picture window which makes the most glorious views up the glen towards Kildermorie. The two bedrooms set in the eaves are comfortable and quaint and with its own garden this mill house is a perfect spot for a family holiday or to enjoy the wildlife and birds that are found in the area.

The walking up here is fantastic and there are a number of excellent golf courses within easy reach of the Mill including the world renowned Royal Dornoch 25 miles away.  There are a couple of supermarkets within 10 miles and a public swimming pool in nearby Alness.  Both the Dornoch and Cromarty Firths are home to hundreds of seals, wading and migrating birds.  Occasionally porpoises and dolphins are seen in the Cromarty Firth so you will not be short of things to do if you can bear to leave the peace of this charming spot.
