Craigrobin is a very pretty cottage and with its fresh whitewash it epitomises the charming rural cottages that are dotted around the Dumfries & Galloway countryside. Newly renovated, the cottage is fresh, bright, attractive and appealing with very attractive neutral colours, stripped floorboards, wood burning stove and much character. The new kitchen/dining room is excellent and the suntrap area with garden furniture in the rear garden is perfect for an evening meal in the fine weather. There is additional garden to the front.

The cottage is part of Barmurrie Farm where you can buy fresh farm produce, see Red Kites above and can enjoy the horses, ducks and llamas! The pretty village of Balmaclellan is nearby and beautiful Loch Ken with water sports and fishing is very nearby. Craigrobin really does offer you the best of both worlds with its quiet rural location and pretty views yet you are only a short drive from the town of Dumfries and the lovely Solway coast. For biking enthusiasts there are many options and if horses are your hobby you can even bring your horse here as Barmurrie is happy to offer B&B for ponies! The farm has trout ponds, and will also provide free range bacon, pork and eggs.

First Floor
Master bedroom with king sized bed, twin bedroom, shower room with shower, wc and whb.

Flatscreen TV, DVD player, fridge (with icebox), electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Garden furniture. Lockable garage for bike/golf club storage if required.

1 dog welcome in house, restricted to kitchen area.
Kennels available for up to 4 dogs. Normal charge applies.
