Set up on the hill, Balmeadowside Lodges are newly built and their excellent quality and freshness shines out. Inside you will think you are in a house as the beautiful finish, double height ceilings, excellent furniture and attention to detail, such as LCD televisions, makes these lovely lodges very special.
Outside there are glorious views over the rolling fields and hills of Fife and each lodge has its own extensive deck and furniture so that you can enjoy the view. Three of the lodges have the added luxury of a hot tub on the decking. Children have access to a garden play area as well as all the delights of staying on a working farm where Highland Cattle and sheep graze in the fields around. Walks have been developed around the lodges varying from a stroll round the duck pond to a more strenuous hike up Prospect Hill.
Each lodge has a king sized bedroom and a twin bedroom along with a high spec. fully tiled bathroom. The open plan living area is extremely attractive with a modern kitchen, French doors to decking, good leather sofas to sink into and wood flooring. Each lodge is named after newly planted trees on the farm and the layout in each is identical. The lodges are fantastic quality and price – ideal for an economical family holiday and for larger groups more than one lodge strikes the perfect balance for holidaying together but retaining a degree of privacy.
The local area is renowned for golf with the famous St Andrews a mere 30 minutes away as well as a multitude of other courses. St Andrews itself is a delight with its wonderful beaches, history and delightful shops and restaurants. Dundee is 20 minutes away with all facilities you would expect from a city and at the end of a day exploring the region, Balmeadowside is a perfect spot to return to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside.
