Located in the delightful Sutherland village of Rosehall, Milton Cottage is only a moment’s walk from the local village store and Post Office. Rosehall is perfectly situated to explore this wonderful area from the cliff tops and beaches of Easter Ross to the rugged northern coastline of Caithness or the dramatically beautiful west coast – all are within a day’s journey. The championship course of Royal Dornoch is nearby and there are many opportunities for fishing or field sports.

The house itself is set in its own garden – perfect for relaxing in, after a day exploring the countryside around. With a cosy living room with open fire, kitchen and separate dining room there is ample space to accommodate the 5 people the cottage will sleep. The bedrooms are all upstairs and with their combed ceilings the bedrooms are both exceedingly comfortable and quaintly traditional. This is an ideal holiday cottage for a family – comfortable, quaint, spacious, and with an abundance of activities available plus a truly beautiful part of Scotland.
