Coralyn House is very comfortable and well equipped, this detached property is located in the centre of Brodick, an attractive coastal village and close to all village amenities. Only 100 m from Brodick Golf Clubhouse this holiday house is ideal for golf enthusiasts and with stunning walks to be had in the surrounding area, castles caves and beaches to explore there really is something for everyone. The property provides off road parking and is surrounded by a garden. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and enjoys captivating views over Brodick Bay. The main family bathroom which has a shower over the bath can be used as an en-suite and there is also conveniently a downstairs "loo". Decorated and furnished to a high standard the lounge leads onto a separate dining room which in turn has patio doors leading to the garden. Outside, there is a separate garage with a tumble dryer and a pulley which is extremely useful for wet weather gear, golf clubs and walking boots. Coralyn House provides a perfect base from which to relax and explore Arran and enjoy what has the potential to be a memorable Scottish family holiday.
