Idyllically located in Glen Rosa, just outside of Brodick and set in its own large, secluded garden, Gran’s cottage is a truly special place to stay.  This glorious little whitewashed stone cottage  dates back to the mid 17th century and has been both lovingly and beautifully renovated offering everything in the way of modern day comfort needed for an unforgettable holiday.

The charming flagstone floored sitting room is elegantly furnished with antiques and paintings and the electric ‘multi-fuel style’ stove keeps it warm and cosy on those chilly nights.  The superbly equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream with everything you could expect . There is an abundant variety of wildlife that frequents the  large and enclosed beautiful garden.  After an exhilarating day exploring this exciting island, relax and enjoy a lovely hot Jacuzzi bath then drop in to one of the comfortable beds that are quietly tucked upstairs in the attic (due to the age and style of the cottage headroom is restricted upstairs). If you need to keep in touch with the outside world, there is sky television and free wi-fi.

Gran’s Cottage is the last dwelling set along this quiet country track and is situated at the foot of the magnificent Glen Rosa giving endless walking opportunities right from the doorstep.
