Enjoying superb views over stunning Brodick Bay to the Castle, Goatfell and the Scottish mainland, this upper floor self catering holiday apartment within a Victorian listed sandstone villa is in a prime location and from the balcony guests can sit back and admire Scottish scenery at its finest. Conveniently situated in Brodick the largest village on the island where the ferry comes in, with a selection of restaurants and shops to choose from. The area boasts a variety of attractive walks, Brodick golf course is near by as is Brodick Castle and other amenities within the village. This comfortable property can sleep up to six guests and is furnished to a high standard with TV’s & DVD players in all of the bedrooms. Freeview is installed in the lounge and master bedroom. Accommodation comprises a well equipped kitchen, kitchen, lounge opening onto the balcony with table and chairs, luxurious king size double bedroom with lots of pillows. There is a wash hand basin with Arran Aromatics toiletries and hairdryer. The padded window seat offers beautiful far reaching views over Brodick Bay. The two twin bedded rooms, one of which has a wash hand basin, have a Scottish flair, lots of pillows and wall mounted TV & DVD player. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath and there is an additional separate w.c. Arran Aromatics toiletries supplied and handwash in the kitchen. Low season guests arriving in the dark will find the property especially warm and welcoming with heating and lighting on, a bottle of wine and crunchy treats for furry friends if we know they are coming. At other times the lighting is not necessary for arrival. The property is approached via a private entrance and parking whilst on the main road does not usually present a problem.

TV’s (in all bedrooms and in the Lounge), Freeview (in the master bedroom and the Lounge) and a DVD player (with a selection of popular DVD’s). Fridge, freezer with ice box, microwave, washing machine, dryer.
