Inverkeilor is a spacious bungalow, refurbished in 2008. From the sitting room there are panoramic views across Glen Cloy to Beinn Nuis, Beinn Tarsuin and Goat Fell. The garden is a sun trap, providing privacy and safety. It is less than a 500 metre walk to the beach, golf club, sports field, skatepark, bowling green, putting green, tennis courts, library and internet, shops, bistros and bars. The round-island bus stop is 100 metres from the house. You can walk from the ferry and do not need a car, but there is plenty of parking space.
In the summer you can spill out into the garden or enjoy the bright and airy sitting room. In winter Inverkeilor is warm and cosy. The electric central heating can be controlled room by room. After a long day out you can, weather permitting, relax on the veranda and watch the sun go down.
