Surrounded by a picturesque peaceful glen and with neighbouring Glen Affric where the pine tree descendents of the original Caledonian forest can be found, there are numerous spectacular walks on your doorstep. The Glens of Cannich and Strathfarrar can easily be reached and famous Loch Ness is not far away from Swallow Cottage.
Accommodation:
Ground floor: Sitting room with open fire, kitchen/dining room, single bedroom, utility area suitable for coats, boots, bicycles etc.
First floor: Double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom has bath with shower over, whb, wc.
Activities: Excellent fishing available locally, also golf course - 20 minutes drive and pony trekking near Loch Ness. Swimming available in indoor heated pool at Guisachan Farm (5 minute walk) - pay and collect key at Tomich Hotel.
Included:
Linen and towels not provided (beds have duvets). From 2008 linen will be supplied but not towels. Electric heating and open fire. Electricity and coal included in rent.
