East St Mary's has been recently renovated to provide a very comfortable self catering cottage accommodating up to 8 people in 4 twin en-suite bedrooms. Centrally heated throughout, it is in a secluded location on the edge of the estate, about half a mile from the River Spey. There is a delightful small burn nearby where the children can practice guddling for small trout. This cottage has a real country feel and as it is on the edge of the estate has an idyllic sense of rural privacy and is only a short walk from the River.

The house was originally 2 cottages so there are two staircases to the first floor. The public rooms, whilst not large are clean, fresh and cosy with an open fire. The new kitchen is well equipped.

Utility room with wc, sitting/dining room with open fire. Kitchen. Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, wc and whb.

First Floor:
3 Twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with bath, wc and whb.

Linen and towels provided. Heating, electricity and logs for fire included.

TV & CD player. Electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer. Telephone. Garden furniture

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept in hall areas and on leads on the estate roads.
