Lower Bruntlands is a cosy cottage situated in the grounds of Orton Estate in the Spey Valley. Approached along its own farm track road, privacy is assured in this particularly peaceful location, and is ideally appointed for self-catering and as a safe haven for children at play. The comfortable accommodation with traditional small farmhouse kitchen and wood burning stove is in keeping with the style of the property. Entry is on ground level at both front and rear. You are invited to enjoy the surrounding area which has many beautiful and well-established walks for visitors to enjoy. The Moray Coast offers fine sandy beaches and for the less energetic there is a Wildlife Centre nearby where dolphins are frequently sighted and can be observed from shore or boat.
