Located in the pretty Perthshire town of Dunkeld on the River Tay, the house has its own private entrance and the accommodation is on the first and second floors.
The spacious living room looks down Bridge Street and The Cross and along High Street. This floor also has a double bedroom with an Indonesian four-poster bed and a well fitted bathroom with a modern roll top bath. Batavia is ideal for outdoor pursuits, exploring Perthshire, hiking and loch and riverside walks.
