A captivating little cottage, that is full of charm and style and has been beautifully and sympathetically renovated to create a delightful holiday house in the heart of this wonderful village. Whilst the rooms are compact, the cottage is full of light and is presented in a stylish and charming way with excellent original artwork on the walls. There is a small enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ – perfect to relax in after a day at the beach. The good sized sitting room has a welcoming wood burning stove for cooler evenings and the kitchen is both modern and traditional so it fits this little house perfectly and a minute’s walk will take you round to the local bakery and café whilst a 5 minute stroll will take you to the golden sand beaches.
Findhorn is an ideal holiday destination with numerous little lanes and fantastic beaches, pubs and restaurants but most of all a peaceful atmosphere that is reminiscent of days gone by. Enjoy days on the beach or take a boat into the bay for a day’s fishing and you must visit the famous Findhorn Foundation. Nearby are attractions of national importance such as the National Trust for Scotland’s Brodie Castle and Cawdor Castle mentioned in Macbeth but most likely you will find it hard to tear yourself away from this wonderful village and sweet cottage.
