Duchally Country Estate is set in twenty-seven acres of parklands and is surrounded by some of the most spectacular and picturesque landscapes of Perthshire. Located in the heart of Scotland, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery, Duchally Country Estate, whilst secluded, is conveniently located just one mile from the A9 making it easy to access from all directions. Edinburgh and Glasgow are both within an hour's drive (either to the cities or their airports), and Perth is just fifteen minutes away. Gleneagles railway station is a short drive from the estate.
The estate’s impressive leisure centre boasts a heated indoor swimming pool with adjacent children's pool. There is also a jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna, as well as a fully equipped, air-conditioned gym. After your swim or workout, you can relax with a light snack, coffee or soft drink in the comfortable lounge of the rustic-style cafeteria.
Guests may also wish to eat in the restaurant, which offers fine dining and high-quality cuisine and has been recognised with awards from EatScotland, a quality assurance scheme from VisitScotland, the national tourism organisation. The carefully prepared menus offer a generous selection of dishes, featuring traditional Scottish specialties and international favourites. Dishes are made using locally sourced produce.
Golfers will love this area of Scotland with Gleneagles only 2mile away and the championship courses at St Andrews and Carnoustie just over an hours drive. There are also many challenging and scenic local courses to be enjoyed and Duchally can not only arrange tours, tee-times and transport, but can offer discount on many of the courses. Guests may also prefer the wide variety of other attractions ranging from galleries, castles, distilleries and gardens to the high adrenalin adventure sports Perthshire is so famous for.
